Lily + Calvin
A Summer Fairytale Wedding
Riverwalk Event Venue
On a beautiful summer day in June 2025, Lily and Calvin said “I do” surrounded by 100 family members and friends. Their day felt like a true fairytale wedding, blending romantic details with a fun, high-energy celebration.
On the morning of the wedding, Lily and her closest friends got ready off site before arriving at Riverwalk Event Venue to get dressed - creating a relaxed and intentional start to the day.
Pre-Ceremony
The couple chose a fairytale wedding aesthetic and brought on vendors who could bring that vision to life in a cohesive and elevated way.
The ceremony was held outdoors and centered around a beautifully decorated arch, creating a romantic focal point that fit perfectly with the setting.
Ceremony
Family, the wedding party, and Lily with her dad walked down the aisle to a piano version of “Lover” by Taylor Swift - setting a soft and emotional tone.
The ceremony was short and heartfelt, featuring custom vows and led by a close friend, making the experience feel even more personal.
The couple and wedding party recessed out to “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)” by Natalie Cole, transitioning into celebration mode.
Cocktail Hour
While guests enjoyed cocktail hour, Lily and Calvin took photos with their family and wedding party, followed by their formal couple portraits.
They captured moments by the water and in front of the venue’s castle façade, which added to the fairytale feel and created a stunning backdrop for their wedding photos.
Reception
The reception began with the newlyweds’ grand entrance - after Lily changed into her party dress — to “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!” by ABBA, setting the tone for a fun and energetic night.
When dinner was over, the couple cut their cake which had a personalized cake topper on it!
They then shared their first dance to “It’s Been a Long, Long Time” by Kitty Kallen and Harry James — a timeless and romantic moment. Lily danced with her dad to “Come What May” by Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor, while Calvin shared a dance with his mom to “You’ll Be in My Heart” by Phil Collins.
The dance floor opened and the celebration continued, with guests fully immersed in the energy of the night. Partway through the reception, the couple was surprised by the Clemson Tiger - a fun and unexpected moment that brought even more excitement to the celebration.
Grand Exit
After sharing a private last dance, Lily and Calvin made their exit through cascading bubbles and into their getaway car - the perfect ending to a joyful and memorable wedding day.
