Let’s go! Depending on your package, we will start working 2-12+ months prior to your wedding day. On these calls we will discuss design, logistics, vendors, tasks, and anything else you need to plan your dream day.

Almost there! During the last month, we will create a detailed plan that I will enact on your wedding day. We will complete last minute tasks, answer questions, and I will coordinate with your vendors to get everything into place.

Me! I also bring an assistant with me on wedding days to help with set up, clean up, and other tasks. For weddings greater than 100 guests, I bring 1 additional assistant for each 50 guests over 100.

Travel within 2 hours of Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, and Roanoke, VA is included. For destinations outside of that radius, ask for pricing.

Your wedding will be my sole focus for the weekend, no matter which package you book!

Couples will get 2-10 calls depending on the package they book. On the day of the wedding, there is no time limit; I will be there from set up to clean up.

For full planning, I recommend 13+ months, partial planning inquiries 10+ months, and wedding management inquiries 2-9 months. Some dates are reserved for planning couples only - as the wedding date gets closer, those will get released to those looking for management. Please check my “Inquire” page to see if your date is available!
